Several Barcharts

This shows how you can divide up the chart area into a collection of independent graphics. In this example they are all varieties of barchart, but any combination of plotting styles if equally possible.

This approach is ideal for the kind of "trellis" graphics used by packages like SPSS to page through the planes of multidimensional data, showing a miniature analysis of each page.
