Carbon Emissions

This is probably the best presentation of the Carbon data that I have seen for a long time. It was published in the Guardian newspaper in June 2001 and shows very clearly where the carbon problem is coming from.

This chart also animates quite neatly (if your SVG viewer supports the SMIL animation tags - only Adobe does at the moment). Try the animated version to see the effect of slowly growing bars. Eat your heart out, PowerPoint!
