Product Support

Causeway product support is organised into a three-tier structure.

  • Annual updates. New versions (with ZIP passwords) will be uploaded annually in November. You may simply pay to obtain the new passwords at the rate of £50 or $80 per product. This does not entitle you to any formal level of support, although we always try to fix bugs as soon as we can. Please select the appropriate page from the sidebar to download the appropriate ZIP file.
  • Regular updates and email support via CUSP. This has an annual charge of £250 (reduced to £125 for educational users or single-product customers) which entitles you to access a secure area on the website to download the latest version of any Causeway software you have a licence for. You will get automatic emails when bugs are fixed or enhancements added, and you will always get a quick response to problem reports.
  • Support contract. The guide price for this is £1000, invoiced annually. Again a single contract covers all the products you currently have, and it gives you a guaranteed turnaround on bug fixes and support questions. It also gives you on-site or telephone support at a favourable daily rate.

The secure server for the Causeway Update and Support Programme (CUSP for short) is up and running for registered users and automatic emails are being posted.
