nltRowHeights – set ‘at least’ heights

This sets user-defined heights for each row in the table (implemented in Spread only for now).

nltRowHeights 0 144 0

Argument gives minimum height in points (like Word ‘At least’ setting). Extra height over and above this is vertically distributed within the cell depending on vertical alignment, default ‘Top’. The example sets the second, fifth etc. rows to at least 2” tall. Other rows retain their calculated height.
