By default, NewLeaf uses all the frames in your page layout in the order they appear in the definition. If you want to take them in a different order (possibly missing out some frames entirely):

leaf.FlowList 3 2 4

In this example, NewLeaf will ignore frame 1, start with frame 3, then use 2 and 4 before moving on to the next page.
