To find out the width (in points) of the current frame:

 ww„leaf.FrameWidth

Note that this may vary depending on the paper size if you use anchored frames, i.e. a fixed margin. It will not change if you simply change printer, as all margins are relative to the edge of the paper, not the printable area.
