This shows the viewer toolbar, which you can use to copy the page to the clipboard, print the current page (or all pages if you are viewing a report made up of several pages), or return to full-screen view if you zoom in. Multi-page reports can be navigated from the keyboard (PgUp/PgDn) or you can use the VCR-style tool buttons. The rightmost button activates the Go to page ... dialogue, which is also invoked with the F5 key, or by double-clicking the status field where the current page number is shown.
To magnify part of the report, drag a rectangle around it with the left mouse button. The area shown will be based on the top edge of the area you enclose, keeping the correct aspect ratio.
When you have zoomed in, you can walk around the page using the arrow keys, or zoom out with the - key. You will notice that the (x,y) co-ordinates in the status field at the lower right track the mouse, using the points co-ordinate system, with the origin at the lower left corner of the page.
This shows the right-mouse menu, which duplicates the toolbar functions, and also allows you to clipboard the page to a bitmap at normal size or enlarged for printing. If you select the PostScript or EPS options, you will be prompted for a suitable device (such as prn) or filename. The entire report will be printed, but only the current page is saved as an EPS file.
